| Cookies From Palm Tuber Flour |

Ingredients:
| Refined wheat flour |
70 g |
| Palm tuber flour |
30 g |
| Sugar powder |
10 g |
| Fat |
10 g |
| Baking powder |
0.5 g |

Method:
- Sieve the maida flour, palm tuber flour and baking powder together.
- Rub the fat thoroughly and add sugar powder in 3 parts and rub well. Then add few drops of essence and add flour slowly and mix well to a fine dough.
- Spread this dough to 1/8 inches width with a rotti roller.
- Cut into different shapes using cookies cutter and bake at 350ºF for 10 min in an oven.
